Requesting a refund is simple and straightforward.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Every Ristorya comes with a full product warranty covering any manufacturing defects or faults. If anything goes wrong with your plate as a result of a manufacturing issue we will replace or repair it at no cost to you.
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents or failure to follow the care and safety guidelines outlined in your user manual.
