JawRiser works by stimulating the growth of the masseter muscles, the primary muscles responsible for jaw strength and width.
When you train with high resistance JawRiser levels, you directly activate these muscles under controlled tension. This creates hypertrophy, the same process responsible for muscle growth in the gym. With consistent training, the increased muscle volume begins to visibly enhance the structure of your jawline.
Over time, you may notice more projection at the lower corners of the jaw near the ears. As this area develops, it creates stronger contrast between the jaw and the neck. That contrast is what forms a sharp, defined jawline. As muscle size increases, the lower face can appear wider and more structured, contributing to a stronger, square like facial appearance.

How To Use Your Ristorya Vibration Plate
Getting started with Ristorya is simple. There is no complicated setup, no assembly required and no instruction manual needed. From the moment you open the box you are minutes away from your first session.
Step 1 , Unbox and Set Up
Place Ristorya on any flat, hard surface. It works on hardwood floors, tiles, carpet and gym mats. The suction cup bases on the bottom will anchor it firmly to the floor so it stays completely stable during your session.
Plug the power cable into any standard wall outlet. The LED display will light up immediately confirming it is ready to use. That is the entire setup. It takes less than two minutes from opening the box to your first session.
Step 2 , Choose Your Control Method
Ristorya gives you two ways to control your session:
The LED touch screen on the plate itself gives you direct access to all speed settings, automatic programmes and timer controls. Simply tap the display to navigate.
The wireless remote control allows you to adjust everything without bending down mid session. Change speed, switch programmes, set your timer and control your music all from wherever you are standing or sitting. This is the method most of our customers prefer once they get started.
Step 3 , Choose Your Programme
Ristorya gives you two session modes:
Manual Mode , Choose any speed from 1 to 130 and run your session at that intensity for as long as you choose. This gives you complete control over your experience and is ideal once you know what intensity works best for your body.
Automatic Mode , Choose from 6 preset programmes designed around specific goals. Simply press P1 through P6 to select your programme and let Ristorya do the rest.
P1 , Full Body Activation , A gradually increasing intensity designed to warm up your entire body and activate every major muscle group. Perfect for morning sessions or before a workout.
P2 , Lymphatic Drainage , A steady low to mid frequency programme specifically designed to stimulate your lymphatic system, reduce puffiness and flush excess fluid from your body. Perfect for anyone dealing with water retention, swelling or poor circulation.
P3 , Fat Burning , A higher intensity programme that maximises muscle contractions and metabolic activation. Perfect for anyone focused on body transformation and weight management.
P4 , Muscle Recovery , A gentle oscillating programme designed to increase blood flow to sore muscles, flush out lactic acid and accelerate recovery after exercise. Perfect for post-workout use.
P5 , Strength and Toning , An interval-style programme that alternates between high and moderate intensity to challenge your muscles and build strength progressively. Perfect for anyone looking to tone and firm their body.
P6 , Deep Relaxation , A gentle low frequency programme designed to calm your nervous system, release tension and prepare your body for rest. Perfect for evening use before bed.
Step 4 , Choose Your Position
The beauty of Ristorya is that every position delivers different benefits. Here are the most effective ways to use your plate:
Standing, feet hip width apart , The most common position. Activates your legs, core and glutes simultaneously. The starting point for most sessions.
Standing, feet wide apart , Widening your stance increases the intensity and targets your inner thighs, hips and core more directly. A small adjustment with a big difference in results.
Sitting on the edge , Sit on the very edge of the plate with your feet flat on the floor in front of you. This position is ideal for lymphatic drainage and circulation in your lower legs and feet. Perfect for anyone with swollen ankles or poor circulation.
Feet on the plate while seated , Place your feet on the plate while sitting on a chair or sofa. Completely passive and effortless. Ideal for lymphatic drainage, foot massage and circulation benefits while working, watching TV or relaxing.
Squats , Stand on the plate and perform slow controlled squats. The vibration amplifies every rep, engaging far more muscle fibres than a standard squat on solid ground.
Lunges , Step one foot onto the plate and lunge. The instability created by the vibration forces your core and stabilising muscles to work much harder than a standard lunge.
Plank , Place your hands or forearms on the plate and hold a plank position. The vibration intensifies core activation dramatically and makes every second count.
Push ups , Perform push ups with your hands on the plate. The vibration increases muscle activation across your chest, shoulders and arms significantly.
Resistance band exercises , Attach the included resistance bands to the hooks on the plate and use them for bicep curls, arm rows, shoulder raises and upper body exercises while standing on the plate. This turns Ristorya into a complete full body training system.
Step 5 , Connect Your Music
Turn your session into something you actually look forward to. Connect your phone or device to Ristorya via Bluetooth and stream your favourite playlist, podcast or workout audio directly through the built-in speaker.
Press the music button on the remote or the display to activate Bluetooth mode. Pair your device exactly as you would with any other Bluetooth speaker. Use the volume controls on the remote to adjust the level during your session.
How Long Should Each Session Be
For beginners, start with 5 to 10 minutes per session. Your body needs time to adjust to the vibration and you may feel a tingling or itching sensation in your legs during the first few sessions. This is completely normal and is a sign that your circulation is improving. It typically disappears after a week of regular use.
After one to two weeks, build up to 10 to 15 minutes per session. Most customers find this to be the sweet spot for daily use.
For more advanced users, sessions of 20 to 30 minutes deliver excellent results. You can break this into two separate sessions during the day if you prefer.
The most important thing is consistency. Ten minutes every single day delivers far better results than 30 minutes twice a week. Make Ristorya part of your daily routine and your body will respond accordingly.
When Should You Use It
Morning , A morning session activates your circulation, wakes up your lymphatic system and energises your body for the day ahead. Many customers replace their morning coffee with a 10 minute Ristorya session and report feeling more alert and focused throughout the day.
Lunchtime , A lunchtime session breaks up prolonged sitting, boosts circulation and gives you an energy lift for the afternoon without the crash that comes from caffeine or sugar.
Post workout , Using Ristorya after exercise dramatically accelerates muscle recovery by increasing blood flow to worked muscles and flushing out lactic acid buildup. You will notice significantly less soreness the following day.
Evening , Switch to the P6 relaxation programme in the evening. Ten minutes of gentle vibration releases physical tension, calms your nervous system and prepares your body for deep restful sleep. Customers who use Ristorya before bed consistently report better sleep quality within the first week.
Care and Maintenance
Ristorya is built for daily long term use and requires minimal maintenance.
Wipe the surface down with a damp cloth after each session. Do not use harsh chemical cleaners or submerge any part of the unit in water.
Store Ristorya on its side or slide it flat under a sofa or bed when not in use. The compact design means it fits anywhere without taking up valuable floor space.
If you need to move Ristorya between rooms simply carry it by the side handles. It is lightweight enough to move easily without any strain.
Safety Guidelines
Ristorya is suitable for the vast majority of people and is specifically designed to be low impact and gentle on your joints. However we recommend consulting your doctor before starting if any of the following apply to you:
You are pregnant. You have recently had surgery. You have a pacemaker or other electronic implanted device. You have severe osteoporosis. You have acute thrombosis or deep vein thrombosis. You have a serious cardiovascular condition. You have epilepsy. You have severe migraines.
Always start on a lower speed setting and build up gradually. Never use Ristorya on an unstable surface. Keep children supervised when the plate is in use. Do not use immediately after eating a large meal.
Your First Week on Ristorya
Day 1 to 3 , Start on speed level 10 to 20 for 5 to 8 minutes. Get comfortable with how the vibration feels. Use the P2 lymphatic drainage programme if you want to ease in gently.
Day 4 to 7 , Increase to speed level 30 to 50 for 10 minutes. Try different positions. Experiment with the automatic programmes to find your favourites.
Week 2 onwards , Build to 10 to 15 minutes daily. Start incorporating squats, lunges and resistance band exercises. Notice how your body is already changing.
